Document preparation = $300

No additional charge for spouse if spouse attends the same consultation and the spouse's will is prepared at the same time.

Fee includes the last will and testament and any advance directives.

We only provide services for a simple will.  Therefore, no tax advice or estate planning is offered.

The testator must provide at least two witnesses.
