Business Hours & Appointments

Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 2:00.

Appointments and initial consultations are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 and 1:00.

No appointments are available on federal holidays or Tennessee state holidays.

Appointment Procedures

Appointments and initial consultations may be held by telephone or in person. If you prefer to conduct business in person, no problem. You just need to select a location such as a public place or your residence.  If you prefer to "meet" by phone while you're at home tending to your child, on your lunch break at work, or sitting on your porch; no problem. You just need to provide a valid telephone number where you wish to receive your scheduled telephone call.

In person appointments are paid at the time services are rendered.  Telephonic appointments require a signed contract via email or postal mail before the appointment will be held.  Telephonic appointments are paid via check or money order by the date specified in the contract.
