Our Communication Policies

To facilitate efficient attention to our current clients and potential clients, please take note of the following items:

1. No advice is given to non-clients. Messages from people seeking free legal advice will not be acknowledged or returned.

2.  Email messages are only reviewed once per business day.

3.  Email messages sent to the wrong person will not be forwarded.

4. Telephone messages left after 1:30 on Monday through Friday will be returned the next business day. 

5. Generally, telephone messages are returned in the order received. However, telephone messages that do not contain a name, phone number, and detailed message will only be returned as time permits. For example, a message stating only "This is Jon Doe. Call me back." is not a sufficient message.

6.   We do not accept faxes.
